He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kolb and Mary Kolb (Baudendistel); his wife Virginia Smith; and his siblings, Edna Ruth Kolb, Mary Helen Kolb, John Kolb, Bill Kolb, Charlie Kolb, Clarence Kolb and Gilbert Kolb.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Kolb (Becky) of Brookville, Donna Talbert (Tony) of Richmond, Randy Kolb (Michelle) of Brookville, Indiana and Mark Kolb of Brookville, Indiana; and his sisters, Clara Jordan of Indianapolis and Liz Stenger (Alvin) of Brookville, Indiana. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
