He is survived by: his sons, Tom O'Neill (Carol) of West Harrison and Jack O'Neill of Brookville; his grandchildren, Crystal Marie O'Neill, Jesse Albert O'Neill, Thomas Patrick O'Neill, Jackie Lynn O'Neill, Laura Beth O'Neill and Zachary O'Neill; and his brother Terry O'Neill (Jeannie Kilgore) of Hamilton. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
