He was predeceased by: his father Morton L. 'Dodo Lee; his brother Robert E. Lee; his brother-in-law Jerry Ratliff; and his mother-in-law Margery Myers. He is survived by: his mother Norma Thompson (Lovins); his children, Jamie Lee (Brooke) of Brookville and Lesley Lee of Brookville; his siblings, Vickie Ratliff of Laurel, Indiana and Gary Lee of Florida; his grandchildren, Hannah Bolling, Jacob Bolling, Brady Lee, Jace Lee, Bella Lee and Bryce Lee; and his father-in-law Robert Myers of Brookville.
