He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard West and Gladys Alsip West. He is survived by: his children, Rachel West of Brookville and Andy West of Brookville; his grandson Isaiah West of Brookville; his sister Bev Thompson of Harrison, OH; and his cousin Dennis Alsip of New Trenton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
