He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foster and Jean Foster (Blanden); his granddaughter Amanda Tinch; and his son-in-law Tim Tinch. He is survived by: his uncle Alden; his aunt Mary Jones (Foster); his children, Brenda Tinch of Arcanum and Jeffery Jones (Susan) of Brookville, Indiana; his grandchildren, April Tinch, Jessica Hager (Mike), Christie Bauman (Blake) and Randal Jones; and his great grandchildren, Emma Hager, Abby Hager, Maddie Hager, Grayson Bauman and Reagan Bauman.
Memorial Contributions may be directed to Franklin County Cemetery Commission, for the upkeep and maintenance of Wolf Creek Cemetery.
