He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kolb and Mary Kolb (Baudendistel); and his brothers, John Kolb, Bill Kolb and Charlie Kolb.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diana King of Bright, Linda Quattrone (John) of Monroe and Lisa Goins (Jeff) of Hamilton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Adrien King, Keri, Cassidy Stenger, Lissa, Lindsay, Lyric and Ian Goins; his great grandchild Amirah Blue; and his siblings, Clara Jordan of Indianapolis, Liz Stenger (Alvin) of Brookville, Indiana and Ed Kolb (Virginia) of Brookville. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Memorial contributions may be directed to a Scholarship Fund to be established in his name.
