She is survived by: her siblings, Melvin Nick (Dee Dee), Terry Nick (Angie) of Connersville, Helen Walker (Tim) of Connersville, Carolyn Samford (Sam) and Brookville; her niece Lori; her nephews, Brian, Matt, Jon, Michael, Kyle, John, Terry Dwayne, Clint and Kurt; and her stepmother Judy Reynolds.
