He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Banks (Million); and his uncles, Bob Banks (Lilly) and Gary Million. He is survived by: his father Henry Banks of Brookville, Indiana; his sister Shelley Edler of Brookville; his niece Emily Edler Terpstra (Jonah) of Brookville; and his nephew Andy Crouch (Cacie) of West Chester, Ohio. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
