He is survived by: his children, Jacob Lay of Brookville, Shelly Lay of Georgia, Rebecca Lay and Alisha Lay of Bloomington, Indiana; and his sisters, Deborah Scott of Harrison, Mary Ann Hunter of Brookville and Laura Angel of Aurora, Indiana.
