It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Quinlan of Brookville, Indiana, born in Hamilton, Ohio, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Owen Brashear and Thelma Stacy Brashear; her husband John Quinlan; her sons, Russell Quinlan of Brookville and Joel Quinlan (Brenda) of Brookville; her grandchildren, Trey Quinlan, Taylor Stewart, Blake Quinlan, Rachel Quinlan and Destiny Quinlan; and her siblings, Mike Brashear of Brookville and Carolyn Day of Florida.
