She is survived by: her parents, Bill Arthur and Bonita Chilton Arthur; her husband Paul Hurst; her daughter Evelynn Hurst (Evie); her stepson Nolan Hurst; her stepmother Hwal Ran Arthur; her siblings, Christine Broshear (Brandon), Benjamin Arthur and Joshua Arthur; her niece Crimson Broshear; her parents-in-law, Keith and Sharon Hurst; her brother Scott; her sister-in-law Amy Hurst; and her aunts and uncles, Maureen Carter, Alice Pennington, Marilynn Chilton, Shauna Vonderheide (Allen), Geri Park (Michael), Sandra Martin (Terry), Linda Jewel (James), Mary Arthur, Burvie and Raymond Arthur.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the ASPCA, as their causes were very dear to Andrea.
