He is survived by: his wife Kathy Dunker; his daughters, Angela Carter of Brownsburg, IN and Michelle Dempsey (Charles) of Brookston; and his brothers, Steve Kingma (Brita) of Lafayette, Fred Kingma of Lafayette and William Kingma (Fay) of Gardner, IN. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
