He is survived by: his wife Dixie Hoff (Cross); his children, Ronda Foltz (Michael) of Moseley, VA, Jamie Holmes of Lafayette, Tracy Blevins (Jim) of Lafayette, Barbara Crouch of Lafayette, Naomi Hoff of Mitchell and Andrea Hoff of Pontiac, MI; and his brothers, Donald Holmes (Alice) of Georgia, Kenny Holmes (Jeanie) of Monticello and David Holmes (Debbie) of Logansport. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
