She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl England and Carol Cadwallader (Johnson). She is survived by: her son Doug Myers; her grandchildren, Jaxon, Connor and Alexis; her siblings, Dale England, Jerry England of Tazwell, TN, Vickie England of Lafayette and Kathy Brown; and her close friend Debbie Budreau of Lafayette.
Because of Shirley's love for animals, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Lafayette.
