It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Hughes Brummett of Brookston, Indiana, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie Hughes and Lucile Wolfe Hughes of Delphi, Indiana.; her siblings, Merrill Hughes (Jo), Max Hughes (Melba) and Ralph Hughes (Connie); and her husband Raymond Leroy Brummett of Delphi.
She is survived by: her sister Wanda Duff (William) of Delphi, IN.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Federated Church or the Psi Iota Xi Sorority both of Brookston, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
