He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert L. Miller and Martha Miller (Fountain). He is survived by: his pet Charlie; his siblings, Dan, Julie, Randy and Jill; and his nieces and nephews, Christian Miller, Kerry, Eric, Sarah Baumgartner and Bernnie Acquafredda.
