It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mitchell S. Eads (Brookston, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on January 8, 2020, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gaither, Emily Eads, Edward and Carol Walker; and his uncles, Tucker Walker, Bob Eads and Don Eads.
He is survived by: his parents, Skip Eads and Sarah Eads (Walker); his significant other Mindi Cogdill; his siblings, Tucker Eads (Cindy Nguyen) and Ross Eads (Joanna Powers); and also Kat Braz. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial donations may be directed to NAMI Chicago or another organization of choice that serves individuals struggling with mental illness or substance abuse.
