He is survived by: his parent Carolyn Carlson (Larry) of Dandridge; his siblings, Bradley G. (Shirley Andrus) of Frankfort, Joseph Arthur Page of Portland, OR and Leah Ruth Hash (Greg) of Broken Arrow, OK; his stepmother Helen Ruth Foster Page; and his close friend Jamie Lynne Revalee of Brookston.
