It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn M. Conkright of Brookston, Indiana, who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Brown and Donola Brown of Brookston; her significant other John Marvin of Idaville; her grandparents, Arthur and Luella Brown of Brookston; and her siblings, Connie Hallam of Kokomo and Jim Brown of Brookston.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Conkright (Debbie) and Peggy Blue (Glenn); her stepchildren, Barry Marvin (Chris) and Julie Rupert (Dennis); her granddaughters, Kimberly Hernandez (Oscar) and Nicole Gonzalez (Jose); and her stepgrandchildren, Travis Marvin (Hannah), Hannah Henry (Jordan) and Morgan Rupert.
