She is survived by: her parents, Rex A. and Georgia L. Hendryx; her father-in-law Melvin Blake; her husband Jimmy Blake; her grandchildren, Emily, Dylan and Elise; and also, Jennifer Brown (Chad), Jill Blake (Jeff) and Jay Blake.
