He is survived by: his children, Breanna Hines of Delphi, Joshua Lambert of Delphi and Jake Smith of Huntington, IN.; and his siblings, Douglas Jr. Hines (Jackie) of Medaryville, Rosetta Vereb (Mick) of Valparaiso and Candyce Hartley of Fort Wayne, IN.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
