With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred M. Peters (Brookston, Indiana), born in Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away on June 25, 2019 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar J. Peters and Irene M. Peters (Dunkel); his brother Don Peters; and his father-in-law Wally Newberry. He is survived by: his wife Tracy; his children, Spencer Peters (Olivia) of Broomfield, CO and Abby; his siblings, Jo Ann Kieffer (Tom) of Mt. Carmel, Nick Peters (Dee) of Mt. Carmel and Jim Peters; and his mother-in-law Linda Newberry.
In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to the Fred Peters Scholarship Fund for Frontier High School at Fountain Trust Company (309 S. Prairie St. Brookston, IN 47923).
