He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Franscoviak and Maxine Franscoviak (Johnson); and his siblings, Lisa, Linda, Jerry and Ronnie.

He is survived by: his wife Kay Franscoviak; his daughter Ann Shockley (Donnie) of Delphi; his granddaughters, Lauren of Battle Ground, Erika of Whitestown and Katelynn Pritts (Levi) of Brookston; his great grandchild Noah Pritts; and his siblings, Peg Okeley (Bob), Marvin (Sandi) and Rick Franscoviak (Pat).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Tippecanoe County 4H Horse and Pony Club.
