She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolf Bruning and Elise Bruning (Kinzler); her husband Fred Albert Forster of Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church; and her daughters, Laura and Lisa.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Forster (Lois) of Lafayette, IN and Kent Forster (Jean) of Oak Ridge, TN; her sister Janet Lieberman of New Hyde Park, NY; and her grandchildren, Pete Forster (Wendy), Christa Hulin (Ben), Bethany Hartje (Elliot), Jacob Forster (Kimberly) and Stefanie Simons (Jason). She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
