He is survived by: his wife Sandy Swartz; his sons, Michael Swartz (Kisha), Kurt Swartz and Joe Swartz (Heather); his grandchildren, Garrett Swartz, Raya Swartz and Matthew Swartz; and his brothers, Robert Swartz (Cindy) and Brad Swartz (Cathy).
