She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Francis and Margaret Ellen Carroll (Simons); her husband Maurice D. Whaley; her brothers, Jerry Carroll and Dean Carroll; and her son-in-law Denny Wilfong.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Swiderek (Avery), Susan Stenz (Rick), Lynn Wilfong, Jeff Whaley (Doreen) and Becky Zerr (Mark); and her siblings, Juanita Antcliff, Neil Carroll and Nancy Sheffer. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
