He was predeceased by: his stepson Dennis Stanton. He is survived by: his spouses, Louise A. DeGroot Ekstrom and Carolyn J. Pluimer; his daughters, Bonnie Carroll (Tom), Connie Lane (Bob), Brook Elson and Debra Elson (Terry); his stepchildren, Denise Jones (Howard) and Stephanie Kendall (Kevin); and his brothers, Wayne, Norman, Brook and Donald. He is also survived by his parents, first wife.
