He is survived by: his children, Ernest McElroy Jr. (Linda) of Goodland, IN, Mary Slater of Fowler, IN, Tina Petty of Wolcott, IN, Donald McElroy of Brook, IN, Trina Burton (Erik) of Brook, IN, Traci Hull (Bobby) of Kentland, IN, Terra Coley (Bryan) of Remington, IN, Karla Meadows (David) of Lake Village, IN and Kat Myers (Jody) of Goodland, IN. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; forty great grandchildren, one great great grandson.
