He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Evans; and his parents, William A. Baxter and Irene C. Baxter (Buckler). He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly A. Baxter Miller (Brian) of Middlebury and Amy Jo Baxter of Elkhart; his grandchildren, Andrew, Amber, Adam, Amanda, Arthur, Avery and Adrienne; and his brother Vern L. Baxter (Jill) of Maple City, MI.. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
