He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill R. Bailey and Donna Bailey (Pendleton); his daughters, Tiffany Castner (Austin) of Bristol, Brittany Stewart (Mark) of Elkhart, Tesla Hayes (Matthew Hughes) of Elkhart and Tayler Bailey (Zac Nichols) of Elkhart; his sister Monica Lamley (Pete) of Elkhart; his grandchildren, Kiera, Makenna, Zaiden, Graysen, Ariah, Harleigh, Laylah and Kayson; his niece Jordan Colon; his nephew Joey Lamley; and his grandparents, E. C., Eunice Bailey, Ed and Bessie Pendleton.
