Nelson of Bristol, Indiana, born in Berwyn, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Nelson and Vivian Nelson (Brown); and his siblings, Russell, Richard Nelson, Shirley Lakinski and Sharon Petliska.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Hashberger; and his children, Kathy Marie Auerbach (Dave), Cristine Stahly, Rhonda Nelson, Calvin John Spaulding, Laura Cameron (Nelson) and Sheila Blyly (Eric). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Faith Baptist Church.
