He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Jacobs and Lorena Jacobs (Hall); and his sisters, Jean Fort of Pocahontas and Dena Haire of Atlanta, Georgia.. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffery W. Jacobs (Jane A.) of Goshen and Jack A. Jacobs (Shawn E.) of Elkhart; his siblings, Roger Jacobs (Pat) of Rogers, Ronald "Ronnie" of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, Donald "Donnie" Jacobs of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas and Gail Arnold (Don) of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Amanda Nielsen (Ian) of Cassopolis, Nathan Kantz (Caitlin) of Elkhart, Rebecca Wilcher (Aaron) of Greenfield and Mitchell Jacobs of Elkhart; his great grandchildren, Sadie, Owen, Emma Nielsen, Melanie, Riley Kantz, Beau, Adalyn and Brooks Wilcher; and his wife Sue Ann. He is also survived by extended family, in-laws and good friends.
