He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Leiby and May Leiby (McCay); and his siblings, Delbert Leiby, Floyd Leiby, Leona Patterson, Dorothy Haseman and Marlene Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Leiby (Swartzell); his children, Scott Leiby, Chad Leiby (Jennifer), Christopher Leiby (Elizabeth) and Sharla Geiser (Luc); and his siblings, Rubi Schrock, Dolly Stewart, Mary Garver (Jim), Esther Smedzick, Betty Willings and Harold Leiby. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
