He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel A. Nisley and Elizabeth Nisley (Hochstetler). He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Ortiz of Elkhart and Kyle Ray Nisley of Bristol; his grandchildren, Sophia, Maila and Shane; his fiancé Angel Lard; and his siblings, Janice Morgan (Jim) of Stanton and Danny Nisley (Lori) of Elkhart.
