She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Edward Anderson and Roma Frazier Anderson; and her siblings, Clarence Edward Anderson, Jr. and Carolyn Sue Seals. She is survived by: her former husband Charlie Whitaker of Bristol; her daughter Charlene Whitaker Pontius-Zehner of Bristol; her granddaughter Dora Pontius; and her sister Linda Mullins of Virginia.
