He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn W. Bailey and Mary Jane Bailey (Bastian); his wives, Donna Lutz and Kathy Robinson; and his brothers, Billy Bailey and Thomas Francis Bailey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anita Bowen (Robert) of Mishawaka, Shawn Bailey of Elkhart and Takiyah Jazmine Bailey of Elkhart; his grandchildren, Sarah Bowen, Andrew Bowen and Christian Huffman; his great grandchildren, Jordan Hamman, Lilliana Hamman, Addison Hamman, Queen Williams and Jared Rodney Huffman; and his siblings, Mary Lou Yoder (Don) of Mishawaka and Myron Bailey.
Memorial donations may to the family to help raise his daughter, Takiyah Jazimine Bailey.
