He is survived by: his son Neal Allen (Peggy); his grandchildren, Michelle Kibbe, Tyler Allen and Sierra Allen; his great grandchildren, Madison Kibbe, Mia Kibbe, Carter Neely, Gavin Allen and Phoebe Neely; and his siblings, Steven Allen and Cathy Mills.
