He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Blough and Ruby Blough; his wife Dorothy "Duffy" J. Whalen; his sons, Tracy Blough and Lance Blough; his siblings, Roger Blough, Richard Blough, Janet Blough and Janice McCalley; and his great grandchild Angelina.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Blough (Nancy) of Shipshewana, Evon Ward (James) of Hillsdale, MI, Beverly Crussemeyer of Bristol, Cassandra Smith of Bristol and Regina Blough (Robert Schaefer, JR.) of Sturgis, MI; his sister Carol Becht of Decatur, AL; and his daughter-in-law Barbara Blough of Lafayette, TN. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
