It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darwin D. Getz of Bristol, Indiana, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth C. Getz and Orpha Getz (Miller); and his daughter Theresa Hawkins. He is survived by: his spouse Echo Lape; his son Mike Getz of Goshen; and his grandchildren, Ryan Getz (Jessica), Matt Getz (Hayley) and Angie Powers (Jason). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be given to Little Pine Church of the Brethren.
