He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Kent Lee Smith (Mary) of Union, MI., Kevin Smith (Pat) of South Bend, IN. and Jerri Lynn (Craig) of Texas; and his grandchildren, Brandon Smith (Kelsey), Jessica Reno (Breanna) of Kevin Patrick, KP, Chase Smith (Danya), Kameron Charles Smith, Jennifer Koscielski (Simon) and Scott Smith. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
