He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bontrager and Beatrice Bontrager (Metzger); his great grandchild Brooklyn; and his sister Karen Hipsher. He is survived by: his wife Jayne Bontrager (Waldruff); his children, Angela Bontrager, Andrea Morgan (Scott), Brad Bontrager (Heather) and Brent Bontrager; his grandchildren, Josh Wilfong (Jessica), Adam Wilfong (Lindsay), Emily Griffee (Brandon), Sarah Borchers (Steven), Carson Morgan (Emma), Gabriel Morgan, Eliahna Waikel (Matt), Brayden Bontrager, Jordan Mickiewicz (Peter), Kaitlyn Bontrager, Rylee Paige Bontrager and Madison Bontrager; and his great grandchildren, Braylon, Addison, Maci, Oliver, Sophia, Owen, Espen, Auden, Soleila and Everett. He is also survived by 7 siblings.
