He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Pulley and Thelma Curran Pulley. He is survived by: his wife Barb J. Gascho; his children, Lisa Morrow of Flora, Rebecca "Becky" Austin (Norman) of Greenwood, IN. and Kim Pulley (Cindy) of Bringhurst; his daughter-in-law Connie Pulley of Monticello; his nephew Heise of Naples, FL.; his son Jeffrey Lynn Pulley; and also Joe Boggs. He is also survived by his parents, three sisters, three brothers.

Family asks that all donations be given in Dick's memory to the Bringhurst United Methodist Church or the Carroll County Cancer Society.
