He is survived by: his wife Shannon Fritz; his mother Sherry Mazurek Taylor; his children, Zoe Mazurek, Ezra Mazurek and Zane Mazurek; his grandsons, Dalton Mazurek and Levi Mazurek; his brother Bret Taylor; his uncle Mark Mazurek; his father-in-law Kenny Fritz (Gail); his brother-in-law Kent Fritz (Steph); and his brother Jake Baker.
