She was predeceased by: her parents, George Creighton and Virginia Creighton (Tuttle); her husband William Hewitt; her daughter Lori Yepsen; and her brother Gary Creighton.
She is survived by: her children, Kurta Miller-Addington of Bremen and Ken Hewitt of New York; her stepdaughter Cathy Packard of South Bend; her grandchildren, Hannah Rupert-Addington, Jennifer Estes (Steve), Michelle Leda (Dave), Josh Morris (Stephanie) and Barney Packard (Amy); and her siblings, Marlene Zdayns (John) and Dewayne Creighton of Bremen. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
