He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Rockwell and Edith Rockwell (Bush); his daughter Sonya Stebbins; and his siblings, William Rockwell and Jo Dean Yarno.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond Rockwell of Colorado, Barbara Stevens of Mishawaka, Jeanie Rockwell of Mishawaka, Sylvia Johnson (Michael) of North Vernon, IN, Michael Staiger of Bremen, Heidi Scott (Marcus) of Warsaw, William Rockwell (Jessica) of Syracuse and Melanie Gargamelli (Christopher) of Durham, CT.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
