He is survived by: his wife Norma Rensberger; his children, Mashelle Monhaut of South Bend, Leon Monhaut of Bremen, Paula Tam of Valrico, FL and Audra Fettinger (Miles) of LaPorte; his grandchildren, Rosathea "Rose" Monhaut, John-Paul Monhaut, Simon Monhaut, Eva Monhaut, Beatrice Monhaut, Amelia Kim (Nick), Sarah "Spencer" Tam, Jillian Fettinger and Colin Fettinger; and his siblings, Edward Monhaut of Wakarusa, Helen Smoger of Mishawaka, Cecelia Dolan (William) of South Bend, Joan Richard of South Bend and Patrick Monhaut (Joyce) of Bremen.
