She is survived by: her husband Scott Lockett; her children, Mattelina Plump of Indianapolis, IN, Alexus Love of Atlanta, GA, Tamika Lockett of North Carolina, Federica Love-Umble, Alexia Umble and Tyson Love III; her grandchildren, Ashely, Ebony Davis, Jaion, Jamela Jones and Tyesha Love; her siblings, Mae Smith (Raymond) of South Bend, IN, Ruthie Winns, Percy Polk Jr. of Las Vegas, NV and Edward Polk of Toledo, OH; her close friends, Michela Newbill, Candy Neely and Vicky Driver; and her siblings, Willie Polk, Odel Whitaker, Ida Ursery and Joyce Stewart. She is also survived by her Five Great-Grandchildren.
