He was predeceased by: his parents, James Michael and Eveline Egenlauf (Dunlap). He is survived by: his sons, Daniel (Linda), Jeffery, Joseph (Dawn) and Mark Egenlauf; his adoptive son Jose Navarro (Sharon); and his sisters-in-law, Renee James and Carol Egenlauf. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Center for Hospice Care, 112 S. Center St., Plymouth, IN 46563.
