He is survived by: his parents, Cindy Fisher of Bremen and Roger Perkins of Leesburg; his granddaughter Sophia Rey Perkins; his siblings, Kyle Perkins of Bremen and Lorry Sandoval (Joe) of El Sonora, CA; and also Tracy Koontz of Anno, OH.. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles and numerous cousins.
