He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bert Lynn and Mary-Ella Lynn (Stacy); his former wife Cynthia Sowards; his wife Cynthia Lynn; his children, Tracy Clark (Brad Smythe), Joe T. Jr. Lynn (Christina Slaughter) and Bobby Lynn (Kelley VanDusen); and his sister Rubie Barnes of Paragon, IN. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
